Happy 2nd Birthday!

My little Sweetheart had two wishes for her second birthday:
1.)  An Elmo Cake
2.) Celebrate at Chuckie Cheese

Both of her birthday wishes came true!  She was one happy little Peanut. =)

Lauryn has a sweet tooth like her mommy, so this day was especially fun for her!  She dressed up like Big Bird, which is very appropriate because she loves Sesame Street (Although Elmo is her 

favorite friend =)

Remembering Last Summer and Looking Forward to this Summer

Last summer was filled with sweet memories!  Lauryn was one and she loved playing outdoors.  We went to the zoo, camping at Cran Hill Ranch, and just spent lots of time as a family.  Looking forward to more of the same this year!

Lauryn Turns One!

It is hard to believe that my baby girl is already 12 months old! Where did the time go? The little 7 pounds 2 ounce Peanut that I took home from the hospital now weighs over 20 pounds. She has blessed my life richly and I am so proud to be her mommy!

Here are some fun facts about my sweet Lauryn:

Favorite foods- Yogurt (she would eat it for all 3 meals if she could), applesauce, puffs, chicken nuggets, crackers, fruit

Favorite toys- school bus, laugh and learn table, blocks, books, anything that plays music

Words that she says- Ma Ma, Da Da, and she even knows what the lion and elephant say. =)

She loves to walk, "sing", "dance, and play outside. She has 4 teeth (2 on top, 2 on bottom)

I can't wait to see the special plans that the Lord has for her life! Everyday with her is a very special blessing.

Splash Universe

A few weeks ago our family headed to Splash Universe. It was a weekend full of water slides, sailing down the lazy river, smiles, and creating sweet memories!
